It is difficult to think of a new recipe for rolls. These starch fried in tempura rolls are extremely crispy! And at the tender filling: eggs, red fish and vegetables with Philadelphia cheese! Well, just very tasty!

- Vinegar - 100 ml
- Sugar - 1 tbsp
- Lemon - 1/4 PCs

- Cucumber - 1/4 PCs

- Starch - 1 tbsp
- Flour - 1 tbsp
- Water - 150 ml
- Sunflower oil

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package. I cooked: well-washed rice, then pour 1:2, brought to a boil, lowered the flame and covered, cooked for 20 minutes, then turned off and left covered for another 15 minutes. To prepare the rolls I took the rice Japonica TM Mistral. Prepare the sauce of rice vinegar, sugar, lemon juice and season them with rice. Wait until the basis for the rolls to cool.
Put nori on the Mat for sushi.
On nori evenly place the rice.
Fish, avocado, cucumber cut into thin strips.
In figure put the cucumber. Avocado. Fish. Caviar and Philadelphia cheese.
Twist the roll and cut it into 6 pieces.
For the batter mix the starch, flour and water to liquid sour cream.
Dip each roll in the batter.
And fry in deep fat.
Spread on paper towel to remove excess oil.
