Children's Bento

Bento is the Japanese version of a Packed lunch usually taken to work or school, adults and children. Traditionally, this meal consists of two parts: one half is rice, other vegetables, fish, eggs or meat. I offer you my version of the children's Bento.
Ingredients for Children's Bento
- Figure - 1/2 stack.
- Water
- Beets - 1 tbsp
- Vinegar - 10 g
- Sugar - 10 g
- Salt - 4 g
- Nori - 1 piece
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Soy sauce - 1 tsp.
- Sugar - 1 tbsp
- Salt - 2 g
- Dry white wine - 1 tbsp
- Broccoli - 100 g
- Quail egg - 1 piece
- Green beans - 70 g
- Radishes - 2 PCs
Step by step instruction of cooking Children's Bento

For our dishes we use the Jasmine rice from TM "Mistral".

The Jasmine rice from TM "Mistral" to wash 7 times in cold water until the water is clear. Pour the rice with water to 1.5 cm above the rice as it boils, to make a very small fire, cover and cook for 15 minutes. Off and lay between the pan and cover with kitchen towel and leave for another 15 minutes.

To make the dressing - mix until dissolved 10g vinegar, 10g sugar, 4G salt and 1tbsp. L. beet juice. Mix dressing with rice.
