The first associations that come to mind after the phrase Japanese cuisine? Rolls, sushi, nigiri... not surprising and I would like to try something new? Hand-rolls — an alternative to the usual rolls. They differ slightly in appearance from the usual sushi and roll, the fact that they are wrapped in small bags from the leaves of nori. This rolls can make even a novice cook. So, how to make your own hand rolls with shrimp?

To prepare the rolls I took the rice Japonica TM Mistral. Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package. Wash well the rice, then fill with water 1:2, bring to a boil, low down the heat and cover, cook for 20 minutes, then turn off and leave covered for 15 minutes. Now we have all the components ready, we begin to match our hand – roll. Stepping back a little from the corner of the nori, spread a small amount of rice (about 2 tbsp).

Add the cream cheese, the remaining rice and filling. Collapsible basket. Decorate with the remaining shrimp, eggs and greens.
Hand-roll can be done out of half a nori, pre-cut in half, get a small hand-roll.
