Step by step instruction of cooking Buglama
My lamb, cleaned from the films. Cut mutton to medium pieces. Onions and peppers cut into half rings. On a heated deep pan or cauldron put the pieces of mutton and fry for 5 minutes, the Meat should be fatty! Add onion and pepper, fill with water. Cover with a lid for 7-min.
