Kher-Indian rice pudding

Kirch is a traditional Indian sweet pudding of milk and rice, with the addition of nuts, dried fruits and sweet spices. It can be served both warm and cold. I warn you once – to prepare it, you'll need to be patient.
Ingredients for Kher-Indian rice pudding
- Figure - 1/4 Cup.
- Coconut milk - 1/2 stack.
- Milk - 1.5 stack.
- Coconut shavings - 15 g
- Almonds - 1 tbsp

- Raisins - 1 tbsp
- Cinnamon - 1/5 tsp.

Step by step instruction of cooking Kher-Indian rice pudding

The Jasmine rice from TM "Mistral" rinse thoroughly under cold water, give water to drain completely. Connect the rice with coconut milk and 1/2 Cup of whole milk in a saucepan with a thick bottom. On low heat bring to a boil, stirring rice so it does not stick to bottom and sides of the pan. For this you will need about 40 minutes.
