Ingredients for Chicken fillet with eggplant
- Chicken fillet - 500 g
- Eggplant - 1 piece
- Tomato - 2 PCs
- Onion - 2 PCs
- Garlic - 2 the tooth.
- Cheese - 200 g
- Mayonnaise - 250 g
- Olive oil
- Black pepper
Step by step instruction of cooking Chicken fillet with eggplant
Chicken fillet wash, cut "like the meatballs" thin slices, repel, salt and pepper. Each plate liberally with mayonnaise and mustard, marinate for 30-40 min.
Then place the slices on a small distance from each other on a baking sheet greased with olive oil. Onion peeled, cut into thin rings, put on each slice a fillet.
