- Meat - 1 kg
- Red currants - 300 g
- Sugar - 3 tbsp.
- Honey - 3 tbsp.
- Mustard - 1 tbsp
- Soy sauce - 3 tbsp.
- Garlic - 3 tooth.
- Salt

Red currants sprinkle them with sugar. Stir and let stand for 5-10 minutes.

Meat cut into large pieces. I used pork neck.
