Great idea of dinner for lovers of meat and potatoes. An interesting way a La carte cooking and serving familiar food turns into an elegant dish that can be submitted, and at the family feast, and for a romantic dinner. Ingredients for Beef with potatoes and mushrooms in cream
- Beef - 4 PCs
- Potatoes - 4 PCs
- Mushrooms - 7 PCs
- Cream - 100 ml
- Onion - 1 piece
- Spices
- Vegetable oil
- Butter
Step by step instruction of cooking Beef with potatoes and mushrooms in cream

Peel potatoes and cut slices about 5-6mm thick.

Warm up vegetable oil in a clean frying pan and fry the potatoes from both sides, avoiding overcooking. Salt.

Include heat the oven to 190 degrees.
Mushrooms clean and cut into small cubes. Fry in vegetable oil, stirring constantly, for a few minutes.
If desired, mushrooms can add diced onions.

Of parchment cut 4 sheets approximately 40х25см. I use, as always, siliconiran paper for cooking. Love her very much. You can use foil, or rather, in the original recipe it was. But I almost never use foil, because I do not think it is useful and harmless for cooking + when applying it significantly loses and cut with a knife when you cut meat.
On each sheet of parchment (foil) lay out a piece of beef, on top put the slices of roasted potatoes.

Take out from the oven. Gently unfold the envelopes and cut the paper, leaving it directly under the meat + 1cm around the perimeter. With a spatula transfer on a plate (you can just put the envelope on a plate and cut off the excess paper directly on it). And served with fresh vegetables.
