Peel potatoes and cut slices about 5-6mm thick.

Warm up vegetable oil in a clean frying pan and fry the potatoes from both sides, avoiding overcooking. Salt.

But I almost never use foil, because I do not think it is useful and harmless for cooking + when applying it significantly loses and cut with a knife when you cut meat.
On each sheet of parchment (foil) lay out a piece of beef, on top put the slices of roasted potatoes.

Take out from the oven. Gently unfold the envelopes and cut the paper, leaving it directly under the meat + 1cm around the perimeter. With a spatula transfer on a plate (you can just put the envelope on a plate and cut off the excess paper directly on it). And served with fresh vegetables.
