The slow cooker is an indispensable thing in the kitchen! I very long doubted before buying it, but decided to try and never regretted. I suggest you try one of the dishes, which is possible without much effort to cook in a slow cooker pork in creamy mustard sauce. The recipe does not contain complex ingredients or chemicals and are very easy to perform. :)

- Pork - 1 kg
- Mustard - 4 tbsp
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp
- Onion - 1 piece
- Butter - 30 g
- Sour cream - 400 g
- Garlic - 2 the tooth.
- Black pepper
- Parmesan - to taste
Step by step instruction of cooking Pork in creamy mustard sauce in a slow cooker
Put multivarku mode "Roasting" and put butter. While it heats, chop the medium onion into small cubes.
Saute the onion until Golden brown. It will take 5-7 minutes.
Put in a bowl the meat, mix with onions and cook for 10 minutes with the lid open, then close it for 5 minutes. This is necessary in order to keep the meat juicy, which will make the sauce more rich and delicious.
After the meat has given the juice, add sour cream, 2 tablespoons of mustard and set the mode to "Extinguish" for 30 minutes. 10 minutes before the cycle ends, squeeze into the sauce 2 cloves of garlic and stir.
Be sure to try the sauce at this stage! You may think that soy sauce in the marinade was not enough, and you want to add a bit of salt.
Ready meat serve with garnish to taste sprinkle Parmesan cheese and herbs.
