I offer a summer fruit dessert of fresh juice in the form of jelly. Decorated dessert with walnuts and coconut.
Ingredients for Jelly kiwi in apricot slices
- Apricot - 4 PCs
- The juice of a freshly squeezed - 30 ml
- Sugar - 1.5 tsp.
- Gelatin - 2 tsp.
- Water - 40 ml
- Walnuts - 1 tsp.
- Coconut shavings - 0.5 tsp.
Step by step instruction of cooking Jelly kiwi in apricot slices

Kiwi to wash and clean. Kiwi to grate and strain through a fine strainer to remove seeds. Gelatin cover with water and leave to swell for 20-30 minutes.
