Very tasty cake, and most importantly simple. Will handle even a beginner cook!
Ingredients for Pear-Apple pie
- Puff pastry - 500 g
- Apple - 3 PCs
- Pear - 2 PCs
- Sugar - 3 tbsp.
- The juice of a freshly squeezed - 30 ml
- Chicken egg - 1 piece
- Starch - 1 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Pear-Apple pie
Apples and pears cut into small pieces. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
To the stuffing add the sugar and the starch. Mix well.
On the dough spread the filling, leaving the sides a little place that brush with beaten egg.
On top lay the second patterned layer of dough. Boca stung... like a fork... to grease with egg and sprinkle with sugar.
Bake at 180C for 30-40 minutes, until it will turn brown.
The finished pie to cool and serve.
