This is the revised recipe "Chinese fried dumplings". I really liked the filling, I have turned it into burgers. I never ate anything like that. Maybe eating there is not, but the combination of ginger, green onion, garlic, dill and sunflower oil give this an incredible taste and smell that I decided to publish it as a separate recipe. The use of Chinese cabbage due to its rapid thermal processing, no peculiar smell and ability to disappear during cooking.
