The chicken is on our tables almost every day. Baked, fried, boiled, stewed... This recipe interested me because of its certain uniqueness, and of the simplicity of preparation, of course))) to Cook long, and is very tasty. Try it, I think You will like it! Ingredients for Chicken with peanut in Chinese
- Chicken fillet - 600 g
- Peanuts - 3 tbsp.
- Soy sauce - 3 tbsp.
- Starch - 1 tbsp
- Ginger - 1 tsp.
- Olive oil - 5 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Chicken with peanut in Chinese
Fillet wash, dry and cut into strips or small pieces.
Add the starch.
Chop the chili pepper.
In a pan heat the olive oil, put the chicken and quickly fry on high heat.
Pour in the soy sauce. Add the pepper. Put the ginger.
Peanuts fry in a dry frying pan and chop. I did it with a rolling pin.
Add peanuts to the chicken. Sauté for 3 minutes over high heat.
Serve with rice.
