- Jam - 200 g
- Cocoa powder - 3 tbsp.
- Brown sugar - 2 tbsp
- The juice of a freshly squeezed - 1 Cup.
Step by step instruction of cooking Chocolate-cherry sorbet
In a saucepan combine the jam, salt and sugar. I had a jam from a felt cherry.
Of cherry juice. We need 1 Cup of juice.
Add the cocoa. Stir, bring to a boil. Gradually stir in the juice, continuing to stir.
