In the classic version of this dessert made from cream, high fat milk, I only cook from cream 20% fat. Turns out not less tasty, but easier to cook and less calorically) this time varied the dessert, adding a layer of jelly on the basis of orange juice and chocolate.
Ingredients for Panna cotta with orange jelly and chocolate
- Cream - 350 ml
- The juice of a freshly squeezed - 1 Cup.
- Gelatin - 15 g
- Sugar - 4 tbsp
- Chocolate milk - 60 g
- Water - 4 tbsp
- Vanilla sugar - 1 tsp.
- Cinnamon - 1/8 tsp.

Chocolate melt in a water bath, pour 1 tablespoon of cream.
Pour into glasses (kremanku), leave to cool.

Cool slightly and pour into glasses second layer.
