- Broth - 600 g
- Flour - 7 tbsp
- Raisins - 30 g
- Prunes - 5 PCs
- Tomato paste - 2 tbsp
- Onion - 1 piece
- Salt - 1 l
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Mushroom sauce with raisins and prunes
Prunes and raisins rinse and pre-soak.
Onions finely chop, spasserovat in vegetable oil, add the tomato paste.
Raisins and prunes are finely chopped.
Flour fry in a dry pan until yellow,
Dilute soup, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
Bring to boil. Add the chopped raisins and prunes, sugar, onion with pasta.
Boil for 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
The sauce is ready!
