Ingredients for Soup with shrimp and vegetables
- Shrimp - 400 g
- Mushrooms - 15 g
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Tomato - 2 PCs
- Garlic - 3 tooth.
- Oyster sauce - 1 tsp.
- Soy sauce - 3 tbsp.
- Pepper Cayenne - 0.5 tsp.
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp
- Noodles - 50 g
Step by step instruction of cooking Soup with shrimp and vegetables
Mushrooms soak in 1 liter of boiling water for 15 minutes.
Carrots cut into thin circles.
Crush the garlic.
Shrimp thawed and cleaned.
Tomatoes, peel, previously scalded with boiling water. Cut into cubes.
The carrots and garlic and fry in vegetable oil for 5 minutes in the pan in which you cook the soup.
Drain mushrooms through a colander. A decoction save.
Chop the mushrooms slices.
Add to the carrots with garlic, mushrooms, broth and cook for 10 minutes.
Add the tomatoes and shrimp, cook for another 5 minutes.
Season the soup with soy and oyster or fish sauce, Cayenne pepper and lemon juice.
Rice noodles cook in accordance with the instructions on the package. Rinse with cold water.
Transfer to a colander and allow to drain.
