This easy to prepare recipe squash caviar. Caviar turns out very tender, and tastes several times larger than the store-bought version.

- Zucchini - 1.5 kg
- Carrots - 3 PCs
- Onion - 4 PCs
- Vegetable oil - 100 g
- Garlic - 6 tooth.
- Black pepper
- Vinegar - 2 tbsp
- Salt - 2 tsp.
- Sugar - 1/2 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Eggs squash in multivarka
Onion cut into half rings, carrot grate on a coarse grater, and the garlic chopped into pieces.
Zucchini clear, remove seeds and slice them into wedges.
Fold the zucchini into the bowl multivarki to the rest of the vegetables and stir. Close the lid and turn on the "Suppression" for 1 hour.
