A great combination of cheese, rice cereal, pears and plums in sweet pancakes that can be prepared for Breakfast.
Ingredients for Cottage cheese pancakes with rice cereal and fruit
- Rice flakes - 0,5 stack.
- Milk - 200 ml
- Curd - 100 g
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Flour - 9 tbsp.
- Sugar - 2 tbsp
- Leavening agent - 1 tsp.
- Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.
- Pear - 0,5 PCs
- Drain - 1 piece
Step by step instruction of cooking Cottage cheese pancakes with rice cereal and fruit
Pour the half Cup of rice cereal TM"Mistral"
Pour into a bowl and pour 100 ml of hot milk (I heated in the microwave 40 seconds). Cover with a plate and leave to swell for 3 minutes
In another bowl, mix the cottage cheese, sand, remaining milk, eggs,3st. L. Rast. oil, flour mixed with baking powder, vanilla
Pear and plum cut into small pieces (the fruit should be ripe, but not overripe)
Rice flakes during this time has swollen and become soft
Add to the curd cut fruits and soaked rice flakes
Mix well, add the flour. The batter should be of medium thickness
Fry on both sides until Golden brown. Serve with favorite toppings of your choice - I have caramel condensed milk.
