Potatoes wash, boil in their skins, cool, peel and cut into small cubes.
Mushrooms wash, cut into 4 pieces and saute in a pan in butter.
Then all mix and add the diced ham, green peas and add sauce. For its preparation mix the mayonnaise, salt, sugar and lemon juice.
Salad lay heaped in a salad bowl, garnish with quartered hard-boiled eggs, chopped parsley and serve.
