Pig ears with red beans, vegetables, olives and smoked sausages. At first glance, it may seem difficult. But it's not, it's very simple! The result is a gorgeous dish full of color and flavor! It is perfect for lunch or dinner, on the first or second, as you like it)) I Highly recommend to cook!
Ingredients for Pig ears with red beans
- Offal - 2 PCs
- Beans - 1 ban.
- Green olives - 0,5 ban.
- Sausages - 300 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Garlic - 2 the tooth.
- Tomato - 4 PCs
- Pepper - 1 piece
- Bay leaf - 1 piece
- Allspice - 5 PCs
- Salt - to taste
- The mixture of peppers - to taste
Step by step instruction of cooking Pig ears with red beans
Put the ears into the bowl multivarki, pour a small amount of water, only that they were covered, add Bay leaf and sweet pepper peas. Do NOT add salt! Set mode "quenching", time 2ч30мин.
While our ears are extinguished, we will prepare the vegetables: bell pepper cut into strips, onion half rings, olives in half, crush the garlic with a knife and finely chop.

After the start of quenching ears went 1ч50мин, open the slow cooker and loaded in it: bell peppers, onions, olives, beans, grated tomatoes, salt and pepper to taste. Close and continue to simmer.
Meanwhile, chop the sausages (I took lightly smoked "hunting") as anyone pleases (cruzalegui, straws or as I obliquely).
