Recently I am very fond of thyme. And thanks to the contests with Kikkoman discovered a wonderful combination: thyme-mushrooms-leeks-with oevy sauce. Today I offer You a snack of fresh baguette with thyme, cooked in mushroom broth with soy sauce.

Now shape the baguettes: dough divided into 4 parts, each level in the rectangle, primina, top, sprinkle with thyme leaves, fold one side about a third, pregiven opposite side top, then as the photo eboracum the dough around your thumbs, turn the "rolls" slightly roll out and bake. Long each baguette is approximately 16cm.
