Delicious, healthy Breakfast baked apples with rice cereal and airy meringue.
Ingredients for Apples with meringue
- Apple - 4 PCs
- Egg white - 2 PCs
- Sugar - 125 g
- Rice flakes - 4 tbsp
- Pomegranate juice
- Cloudberry
Step by step instruction of cooking Apples with meringue

Optionally peel the apples. Cut the seed pods with the pulp, keeping the fruit intact.

Pour the hot cereal pomegranate juice, stir, cover and let steep for 3 minutes.
