- Chicken thigh - 800 g
- Onion - 2 PCs
- Garlic - 2 the tooth.
- Tomato - 2 PCs
- Lemon - 1/2 PCs
- Dry white wine - 100 ml
- Vegetable oil
Step by step instruction of cooking Chicken Oriental
Chicken fry in a pan with two sides.
Tomatoes pour over boiling water, dipped in cold water and remove the skin. Slice.
Onion cut into half rings and together with tomatoes to add to chicken. Fry together with chicken for another 5 minutes, then make small fire.
Add to the chicken, the wine, the juice of half a lemon, salt, spices.
Cover and simmer about 30 minutes.
Before serving, sprinkle the dish with greens.
