Ingredients for Apple-coconut pie
- Flour - 250 g
- Coconut shavings - 60 g
- Milk - 150 ml
- Sugar - 200 g
- Chicken egg - 3 PCs
- Leavening agent - 1 tsp.
- Butter - 150 g
- Salt - One
- Apple - 2 PCs
Step by step instruction of cooking Apple-coconut pie
Milk to combine with the coconut and bring to boil
Add to milk mixture butter, room temperature, stir
Add sugar and salt
Then to drive eggs
Mix the flour with the baking powder
Apple peel and cut into small pieces, mix into the dough
Put the dough in a greased bowl multivarki. Top for beauty I put slices of apples. Oven mode "Baking" - 40 minutes (focus on the power of your multivarki).
