I love marinated salads, this for me was very tasty! The combination of daikon and pumpkin, and pepper is just perfect in this salad. Try this yummy, I'm sure this salad will not leave anyone indifferent.
Ingredients for Salad "splendor of autumn"
- Sunflower oil - 60 ml
- Daikon - 1 piece
- Pumpkin - 1 piece
- Red onion - 1 piece
- Red sweet pepper - 1 piece
- Khmeli-suneli - 0.25 tsp
- Vinegar - 2 tsp.
- Soy sauce - 2 tsp.
Step by step instruction of cooking Salad "splendor of autumn"
Our first autumn ingredient - daikon, peel and slice use peelers, long ribbons.
Our second autumnal ingredient - pumpkin, it will also cut into ribbons using peelers.
Our third autumn ingredient is sweet red pepper, which should be cut into thin strips.
Red onion peel and cut into half rings. Our vegetables need a little salt, add the Khmeli-suneli.
Sunflower oil "IDEAL" mix of sunflower and olive oil pour into a small frying pan.
Put on very small fire, add vinegar and soy sauce.
On low heat bring butter to a boil
And pour on the vegetables
