Ingredients for Casserole rice with chicken and mushrooms
- Cereals buckwheat - 1.5 stack.
- Water - 1 Cup.
- Chicken fillet - 1 piece
- Mushrooms - 7 PCs
- Onion - 1 piece
- Sour cream - 220 g
- Cheese - 50 g
- Black pepper
- Vegetable oil
Step by step instruction of cooking Casserole rice with chicken and mushrooms
Mushrooms wipe with a cloth and cut into small slices. Onion peel and chop.
In a pan heat the oil and fry in it the onion until transparent. Then add the mushrooms, stir and cook on a slow fire.
Chicken cut into cubes and add to the pan the onions and mushrooms. Fire added and stirring quickly fry the chicken. At the end add salt and pepper.
Buckwheat flakes pour boiling water and narcity. After 3-5 minutes, season with salt flakes and stir.
Chicken, mushrooms and onions to put in a refractory form.
Sprinkle the oat flakes and smooth the surface.
For buckwheat cereal, spread the cream so that it covered the entire surface. Sprinkle coarsely grated cheese.
Bake in the oven preheated to 180 C for 30 minutes.
