- Zucchini - 300 g
- Rice flakes - 3 tbsp.
- Chicken egg - 1 piece
- Cheese - 50 g
- Vegetable oil
Step by step instruction of cooking Squash souffle with rice cereal
Zucchini peel and seeds and cut into small pieces.
Cover with water and boil until soft.
To prepare pumpkin puree. If squash puree will turn liquid, the excess liquid to drain.
Rice flakes pour boiling water in the ratio 1:2 and leave for 3 minutes.
Rice cereal, egg and salt add to the squash puree.
Molds grease with vegetable oil and spread squash-rice mass.
