Pork chops in honey and cognac sauce

We have for dinner tonight spicy tasty meat with red onions and grapes. While the meat was baked in the oven in the apartment were of a stunning aromas of fresh grapes, I recommend to cook this dish until the season of grapes. A glass of red wine would be very helpful! Help yourself!!
Ingredients for Pork chops in honey and cognac sauce
- Pork - 2 PCs
- Cognac - 100 ml
- Honey - 1 tbsp
- Ginger
- Peppers red hot chilli
- Red onion - 1 piece
- Grapes - 50 g
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Rosemary - 1 piece
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp
- Orange juice - 0,5 PCs
Step by step instruction of cooking Pork chops in honey and cognac sauce

The oven pre-heated to 200 C C. wash the Meat, dry with paper towels.
In a deep frying pan, heat olive oil, fry the meat on high heat on both sides until Golden brown, season with salt and pepper.

To make the sauce: squeeze the juice from half an orange. Mix the juice with brandy and honey, add a pinch of ginger and red pepper.
