Ingredients for Cod under cream sauce with vegetables
- Cod - 400 g
- Sour cream - 4 tbsp
- Parmesan - 2 tbsp
- Dill - 1/3 Puig.
- Green onions - 1/2 Puig.
- Garlic - 1 tooth.
- Tomato - 2 PCs
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Step by step instruction of cooking Cod under cream sauce with vegetables
Tomato put in boiling water for a minute, then into cold water.
Remove the skins from the tomatoes.
Tomatoes cut into cubes.
Cheese (my Cheese was, took the cheese what was in the fridge) RUB on a coarse grater.
Take a bowl and mix in there : sour cream, dill, garlic, green onion, tomato and cheese. A little pepper and salt.
Pre-thawed fish, cut into medium-sized pieces. Add, if desired, a little seasoning for fish.
Lay the fish in a baking dish or if there is in portions molds (I was not, fashioned out of foil) on top of the fish spread sour cream sauce and put into the oven.
190°C for 20-25 min., depending on the size of Your pieces.
The finished dish sprinkle with pending green onions.

P. S. wanted to get a dish with a garnish, cleaned 3 potatoes, cut slices and put under the fish. Potatoes-fish-sauce ;)

Cut green onions in large rings ( just delayed a little for filing).
Finely chop the dill and garlic.
