Ingredients for Jam from white grapes
- Grapes - 2 kg
- Sugar - 1 kg
- Water - 1 Cup.
- Lemon juice
- Vanilla - 3 pack.
Step by step instruction of cooking Jam from white grapes

Remove the grapes from the stems and wash.

Add the sugar, water, put on fire, bring to a boil, diminish the power plate and proverjaem until, until slightly thickened syrup.

Leave the jam, allow to cool. Then add the lemon juice and vanilla. Proverjaem jam until tender, carry out the test with straw. Bottled in sterile banks.
