This cool treat loves my daughter. All our pears are gone for the sorbet... Now I'm doing it just for apples, but with pears is much tastier... Who is not afraid of the cold, come on in, I'll buy! Outrageously easy...
Ingredients for Apple-pear sorbet
Step by step instruction of cooking Apple-pear sorbet
Apples and pears wash.
Peel and core. Cut into pieces.
Grind in a blender into a puree.
Optionally add honey or sugar to taste.
Protein vzbit in a solid foam.
A spoon add the whipped protein, gently stirring.
Spread sorbet on future silicone molds.
And in the freezer for 1-2 hours until fully cured.
Take out of the molds.
And enjoy a delicious ice-cream...
