Very tasty cake. In fact, "Royal cheesecake", but with berries.
Ingredients for Curd pie with berries
- Sugar - 1 Cup.
- Soda slaked vinegar - 0.5 tsp.
- Butter - 100 g
- Curd - 250 g
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Flour - 1.5 stack.
- Drain - 6 PCs
- Blueberries - 1 Gorst.
- Raspberry - 1 Gorst.
Step by step instruction of cooking Curd pie with berries
Whisk softened butter with sugar (0,5 article), add baking soda and sifted flour. The dough was as a baby.
For the filling, whisk the cheese with sugar (0,5 article) and eggs to obtain a homogeneous mass.
In a baking dish pour half of the dough-crumbs, top evenly distribute the cheese filling and spread on top of berries such as plums (cut lengthwise), blueberries, raspberries. To fill up the remaining batter-crumbs.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180*C for 20-25minutes.
