The dish that started my love of soups. It's an old recipe from restaurants in Alushta, some modified and improved. The soup is delicious, hearty and VERY simple to prepare.

Boil 2 liters of broth, remove the meat in the boiling broth to put potatoes, diced.

Add the onion, parsley root and carrots, cut into small cubes. Cook until potatoes are done.

Put the chopped in large cubes boiled meat, bring to a boil.

Add wine or wine vinegar, minced garlic and pepper. Bring to a boil.
