Tabernero is a very popular appetizer in restaurants and bars, the seaside tourist towns of Spain. Absolutely not a complicated dish, but with a bright memorable taste. Many European tourists who don't speak Spanish instantly remember the name of this dish to next year, returning again to order at the bar any "tabernero"!!!

Ingredients for Appetizer "Tabernero"

• Pork - 400 g
• Pepper - 400 g
• Tomato - 200 g
• Onion - 2 PCs
• Pepper Cayenne
• Paprika sweet
• Salt
• Olive oil
