1. Mushrooms, cabbage, and beans defrost, mushrooms and finely chop the beans, boil in salted water for 5-7 minutes, take out with a slotted spoon, let cool. Green beans our first summer memories :-)

2. In the same water boil the cabbage for 5-7 minutes (if desired, water can be changed), drain off water, let cool, cut into small pieces. Cabbage - our second summer memories :-)

3. At the same time with beans and cabbage boil until cooked rice, lightly salted.

4. In form, greased with vegetable oil, spread half of the beans, spread on top of rice.

5. Next layer cabbage, then mushrooms, the other half of the beans and finely chopped greens (I used frozen, but if you have fresh, even better). Greens - our third summer memories :-)

6. On top decorate with slices of tomatoes (I used yellow "solar" tomatoes) - another summer memory :-)

7. For filling: eggs, sour cream, mayonnaise, salt and pepper mix well, season with kindness and love for friends ;-) and pour this mixture of vegetables. Other spices need not be added, so as not to interrupt the natural taste. 30-35 minutes in a preheated 180 degree oven, our casserole is ready!

8. Cut into portions and enjoy the memories of summer :-) I Want to add that casserole turns out especially tasty if prepared with homemade products instead of store-bought. But I live in the village and can afford it :-)
