- Salmon - 250 g

- Garlic - 1 tooth.
- Chili - 1 piece
- Ginger - 1 tsp.
- Turmeric - 1 tsp.
- Cumin - 1 tsp.
- Vinegar - 2 tbsp
- Tomato paste - 1 tbsp
- Tomatoes in own juice - 200 g
- Coconut milk - 200 ml
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Spices

Step by step instruction of cooking Salmon fillet with rice in coconut milk

Fill a pot with water, salt the. Add turmeric and when the water boils put the bag of rice and cook as directed on package.
