Tilapia with oranges and rice

Ingredients for Tilapia with oranges and rice
- Tilapia - 2 PCs
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
- The mixture of peppers
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
- Orange juice - 1 tbsp
- Orange - 0,5 PCs
- Figure - 2 pack.
- Rum - 2 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Tilapia with oranges and rice
For this dish I have used basmati rice. Boil water for rice, omit the tea bags and boil until tender.
Tilapia fillet season with salt and pepper.
Fry both sides in vegetable oil for 3 minutes.
Pour the rum, allow to evaporate the alcohol, then pour lemon juice and orange, place 2 orange slices on each fillet. Simmer for another 3-4 minutes, remove from heat.
Bags of ready rice to cast away on a colander, to drain the water. Rice neatly release from the bags, laying out in a convenient bowl, add butter, prisolit, mix well. Spread the rice over tarell, put the fillets, garnish with parsley, sprinkle with mixture of peppers and serve.
