- Tilapia - 1 piece
- Feta - 100 g
- Tomato - 1 piece
- Yogurt - 1 tbsp
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp
- Crumb bread - 2 tbsp

Step by step instruction of cooking Tilapia, baked with feta cheese and tomatoes
For this recipe we need 2 bags of rice Kuban from TM Mistral. Drop the bags in boiling, salted water and cook
Tilapia fillets put in a refractory form, the laid parchment paper, season with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil.
Tomatoes wash, remove seeds and excess liquid, finely chop and put them in a bowl. Garlic finely chop.
Add the tomatoes, garlic, crumbled feta, yogurt, rosemary, bread crumbs, 1 tbsp olive oil and pepper and mix well.
The resulting mixture is put on the fish and bake it in a preheated 200 degree oven for 20 minutes.
The rice is ready.
