Pie "Plum soft"

Very tender and juicy pie will delight lovers of fruit. A small amount of dough compared to filling just adds to the charm of plums.
Ingredients for Pie "Plum soft"
- Drain - 1.5 kg
- Chicken egg - 3 PCs
- Sugar - 160 g
- Cream - 250 ml
- Flour - 165 g
- Salt
- Cognac - 1 tbsp
- Brown sugar - 3 tbsp.
Step by step instruction of cooking Pie "Plum soft"

Whip the cream in a solid foam. You can remove while in the fridge (do this step first, not to wash the beaters after the yolks). The recipe I found and changed a bit, the dough was very liquid, so I decided to experiment and put in the dough whipped cream, not liquid.

Yolks with sugar and salt, whip the white.

With a spatula or whisk stir in the flour ( not very intensively ).

Stir in the dough, whipped cream and cognac.

The bottom of the form vystelit (optional) baking paper. I have a form 23cm х34см. Better to take a separable form, because the cake is very tender. Spread the dough evenly (it will still be quite thin).

Plum to spread on the dough and sprinkle with sugar.

Bake at t 180*C for about 50 minutes.

Cool slightly, divide into portions. This is what I managed to photograph :).
