I invite You to try another one of my favourite recipe. It is beet pancakes with a filling of mushroom pseudo-Julien. A delicious meatless dish, however, can be cooked with any stuffing, whether vegetable mushrooms, or cheese with herbs.
Ingredients for Zrazy beet
- Beets - 1 piece
- Mushrooms - 5 PCs
- Onion - 1 piece
- Figure - 1 piece
- Buckwheat - 1 piece
- Olive oil - 4 tbsp
- Semolina - 2 tbsp
- Salt
Step by step instruction of cooking Zrazy beet

Prepare beets. Wrap it in foil. And bake in a hot oven until tender, about 40 minutes. Cool. Peel and grate on a fine grater.

To the grated beets, add chopped onion, semolina and salt, pepper. Knead well, leave to stand to semolina swollen.

The rice is cooked. Take about half tea bags and combine in a blender with a half of mushrooms (about 3 tbsp. of mushroom). Grind until smooth, adding if necessary, olive oil. This is a "pseudo-Julien" - the filling for the meatballs.
