I invite You to try another one of my favourite recipe. It is beet pancakes with a filling of mushroom pseudo-Julien. A delicious meatless dish, however, can be cooked with any stuffing, whether vegetable mushrooms, or cheese with herbs.

Prepare beets. Wrap it in foil. And bake in a hot oven until tender, about 40 minutes. Cool. Peel and grate on a fine grater.
