Messing with this salad, of course, a lot, but the result justifies the cost. Very tasty and satisfying.
Ingredients for Chinese salad "Len JI"
- Beets - 1 piece
- Carrots - 2 PCs
- Onion - 5 PCs
- Cabbage - 0.5 kg
- Mushrooms - 100 g
- Beef - 300 g
- Noodles - 200 g
- Sunflower oil
Step by step instruction of cooking Chinese salad "Len JI"
Garlic pass through chesnokodavku, fill it with vinegar and let stand 12 hours.
Raw vegetables (beets, carrots) to grate the cabbage thinly shred.
Boil the beef (it can be replaced with fish or sausage, the taste of the salad will not be affected).
Boil dried mushrooms (if not, then you can fry the fresh mushrooms or oyster mushroom).
In the meat broth or just water to boil Japanese noodles (rice or buckwheat), if a noodle is not, that is fine homemade egg noodles.
All of the ingredients separately fry in sunflower oil (just do not overdo with the oil).
Then mix the roasted ingredients with garlic, mix well.
Put in refrigerator for 1 hour to cool.
