Jellied fish with oregano "Autumn motives"

The dish is simple to prepare, just need some time to solidify. I recommend to prepare the aspic in the evening and leave overnight in the fridge to solidify. And in the morning you can enjoy the delicate fish gelatine.
Ingredients for Jellied fish with oregano "Autumn motives"
- Fish fillets - 200 g
- Mayonnaise - 1.5 tbsp
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Oregano - 1/4 tsp
- Bay leaf - 1 piece
- Gelatin - 10 g
- Broth - 250 ml
Step by step instruction of cooking Jellied fish with oregano "Autumn motives"
Boil the fish fillet in salted water with the addition of oregano, salt to taste, Bay leaf and peeled onion. Cook for about 30 minutes. Then remove the fish fillet from the broth and allow to cool. Fish fillet cut into small pieces. Add the allspice.
Gelatin to dissolve in warm fish broth.
I made the jelly in silicone molds. Fill the tart shells with the fish, then pour the fish broth. Do not completely fill the molds, you must leave a place for mayonnaise and carrots. Put in refrigerator for freezing.
Mayonnaise mixed with 0.5 tsp. of gelatin and 0.5 tbsp of broth.
When the fish hardens, then cover it with a layer of mayonnaise and spread on top of slices of boiled carrots. Put in refrigerator for freezing.
