A hearty and delicious dish to please the whole family. Fish for baking you can use any salmon, trout, cod, Pollock, sole. Delicious is anyway.
Ingredients for Fish baked in Moscow
- Cod - 3 PCs
- Mushrooms - 3 PCs
- Onion - 2 PCs
- Dutch cheese - 70 g
- Chicken egg - 1 piece
- Mayonnaise - 3 tbsp.
- Sour cream - 3 tbsp.
- Black pepper
- Lemon - 1/4 PCs
- Vegetable oil
- Bread crumbs - 2 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Fish baked in Moscow
Peel the potatoes cut into cubes and boil in salted fmode until soft. Egg sverig in cool, cool and clean. Onions cut into half rings and fry in vegetable oil. Fish wash and dry. Sprinkle with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Lay the steaks in the form with foil and lightly oiled.
Mayonnaise and sour cream mixed in equal proportions.
The resulting mixture to coat the steaks of cod.
Spread them fried onions.
Mushrooms wash and cut into placename. Lay them on top of the onions.
Egg cut into slices and arrange on mushrooms.
Again coat the steaks mayonnaise-sour cream mixture. Around put boiled potatoes.
Sprinkle with grated cheese and breadcrumbs. Bake in the oven at 200 for 30 minutes.
