Ingredients for Pumpkin porridge
- Pumpkin - 300 g
- Apple - 2 PCs
- Millet - 200 g
- Milk - 250 ml
- Sugar - 3 tbsp.
- Butter - 25 g
- Raisins - 40 g
- Cinnamon - 1/4 tsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Pumpkin porridge
In a pan pour 500 ml water, bring to boil, add millet, cover and cook on slow heat for 20 minutes. After 10 minutes from the beginning of cooking, stir after 10 minutes add the pumpkin, apples and warm milk (pre-Milk pour into a saucepan to heat until bubbles), stir, cover and cook on low heat for 10 minutes.
Raisins pour hot water for a minute. Drain the water and dry the raisins on a paper towel. At the end of cooking add the raisins, butter, sugar and cinnamon, stir, replace the lid, wrap in a blanket for 15 minutes.
