Chicken rolls "Spicy"

Rolls of chicken with garlic-soy filling. Go great with beer and as a meat dish with garnish.
Ingredients for Chicken rolls "Spicy"
- Chicken breast - 800 g
- Garlic - 10 the tooth.
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Black pepper
- Bread crumbs
Step by step instruction of cooking Chicken rolls "Spicy"
While the chicken is defrosting, prepare the filling for our rolls.
Garlic puree them in a blender (cut with a knife, press).
Mix with soy sauce.
Meat cut into portion pieces (small).

put the meat and stuffing rolled into a roll. Nothing to worry if the garlic is to lick or sauce will flow.
When all the rolls are twisted - prepare the batter. To two eggs add a little salt and ground black pepper (to taste), plus I added a set of spices to chicken and mix thoroughly with a fork.

Fry on both sides until cooked (a few minutes per side).
