Bread in various preparations is quite a popular quick Breakfast or afternoon snack. This time I decided to offer bread based on buckwheat and millet cereals with addition of cereal. I hope that You too will have a like my idea of the recipe.

- Buckwheat - 40 g
- Millet - 40 g
- Flakes cereal - 50 g
- Flour - 120 g
- Vegetable oil - 25 ml
- Salt - 1 g
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Leavening agent - 1 tsp.
- Water - 150 ml
Step by step instruction of cooking Cereal bread
Prepare the ingredients in the right proportions. Pour oat flakes with hot water. Millet and buckwheat grind in a coffee grinder into flour.
