Like to treat you to a delicious crab rolls recipe from my very favorite restaurant " Red Lobster". I and my daughter are frequent visitors to this restaurant. And these scones are served every time instead of bread. They are soft, tender, hot, just melt in your mouth. I've been looking for this recipe and have tried numerous options, but none were even close to similar in taste. And finally, I came across this recipe. Rolls eaten in 5 minutes! Only had time to photograph))) help yourself!!!
Ingredients for Crab rolls
- Garlic - 1/2 tsp.
- Onion - 1/2 PCs
- Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp
- Chicken egg - 1 piece
- Mustard - 1 tbsp
- Crumb bread - 1/4 Cup.
- Crab meat - 500 g
- Olive oil
Step by step instruction of cooking Crab rolls
Here are all the ingredients we need.
In a bowl, mix onion (finely chopped), garlic powder, mayonnaise, egg, mustard, salt and pepper to taste.
Then add crab meat and bread crumbs and mix well.
Make balls and coat well in bread crumbs and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Then fry on both sides until Golden brown.
Serve immediately hot.
