I found the perfect recipe for scones, which I want to share with you. Scones are simple to prepare, but are incredibly tasty, soft and lush!
Ingredients for Rolls of dough
- Curd - 250 g
- Brown sugar - 100 g
- Leavening agent - 2 PCs.
- Vegetable oil - 8 tbsp.
- Milk - 6 tbsp.
- Flour - 2.5 stack.
- Yolk egg
Step by step instruction of cooking Rolls of dough
In a bowl put the cheese, sugar (TM Mistral unrefined cane) and baking powder.
Beat well with a mixer until a homogeneous mass.
Add butter, milk, salt and again beat well.
Sift the flour and knead a soft dough, adding flour to the curd gradually, so as not to make the dough tight.
The dough should not stick to hands.
From the dough to form buns (I rolled the flagellum and curled into a snail, holding tightly the tail).
Rolls put on a baking sheet, greased or lined with baking paper. Optionally buns can lubricate the egg yolk and sprinkle with sugar.
Bake in preheated to 180-200 degrees oven for 20-30 minutes depending on the type and capacity of the oven.
After the specified time rolls remove from the oven and place on a dish.
If the rolls are not greased with yolk, then after cooling you can the top coating of sweet icing, or chocolate, and decorate cakes with decorative toppings.
These scones will be a great addition to fragrant Cup of tea or glass of milk!
