Ingredients for The shank with honey sauce
- Knuckle - 1 piece
- The Apium graveolens Dulce - 2 PCs
- Carrots - 2 PCs
- Onion - 2 PCs
- Allspice - 8 PCs
- Carnation - 6 PCs
- Salt
- Ginger - 2 tsp.
- Dark beer - 100 g
- Soy sauce - 3 tbsp.
- Honey - 2 tbsp
- Garlic - 6 tooth.
Step by step instruction of cooking The shank with honey sauce

Knuckle flush and soak in cold water for 2 hours. Knife well it will scrape and wash again under running water.

In a large pot with a knuckle of pork, coarsely chopped carrots, onions and whole spices. Fill with water to cover the knuckle. Salt. Bring to a boil and remove foam. Cook on slow heat for 2.5-3 hours. Allow to cool the shanks in the broth.
